Shank is a newly retired, hardly successful tennis player attempting a second career as on-camera talent.  We follow his efforts to finally make a name for himself doing guerrilla interviews with the biggest players in the game – who may or may not remember him.  Affable but delusional, he’s just as talented with the microphone as he was with a racket.  But like the journeyman he is, he perseveres.
